Our Story
Tuscan Street Pizza is based on "“La Cucina Italiana” which translates directly to "the Italian kitchen" or "Italian cuisine" in English. The word "cucina" means "kitchen" in Italian. It refers to the traditional style of cooking and food preparation in Italy. I’ve always been fascinated by old world Italian cooking growing up as a kid watching my best friend's Grandmother “Concetta” create the best food we ever had as kids. A lot of what I’m putting into TSP is from her influence watching her and helping her in the kitchen after school as a young boy.
Tuscan Street Pizza is healthy pizza. Our crust is an old world Italian “Mother Yeast” fermented dough process with a combination of 6 types of grain flours- all non GMO ingredients, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Sea Salt. The ingredients today are expensive but my goal first is to make a great pizza and have people coming back for more. I hope you like it as much as I do… -Pat
